IMAGE STORAGE
How Long We Store Images
- Uploaded and generated images may be stored for up to 7 days.
- After 7 days, images are automatically removed from our servers.
- Temporary storage helps process edits, downloads, and improve service reliability.
- We do not permanently store your images unless explicitly stated.
USAGE
How We Use Information
- To process AI image editing and generation requests.
- To securely transmit user-selected images, text prompts, and optional files to Replicate, Inc. solely to generate the AI results requested by the user.
- To return generated AI results to the application.
- To improve application performance and reliability.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse.
- To provide customer support when necessary.
CONTENT POLICY
Prohibited Content
- Nudity, sexually explicit, or NSFW content is strictly prohibited.
- Any content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate situations is strictly forbidden.
- Violent, hateful, illegal, abusive, or harmful content is not allowed.
- Users who violate these rules may be suspended or permanently banned without notice.
- We reserve the right to remove prohibited content and restrict access to our services.

AI PROCESSING
AI Processing
Imagic uses Replicate, Inc. as its third-party AI processing provider
to deliver AI-powered image editing, enhancement, transformation, and image generation
features.

When you use AI features, the app securely transmits only the content you
choose to submit, including uploaded images, text prompts, and optional files,
to Replicate, Inc..

This information is transmitted solely to process your AI request and generate
the results you requested.

No personal data is transmitted to Replicate, Inc. until you explicitly provide
your consent by tapping Continue on the AI Processing Notice
displayed within the app.

Replicate processes your submitted content only to provide the requested AI
service and return the generated results to Imagic.

Replicate is not authorized by Imagic to use your submitted content for
advertising, marketing, user profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing
the requested AI service.

Communications between Imagic and Replicate are encrypted using secure
HTTPS/TLS connections.

Uploaded content may be temporarily retained as described in the
"How Long We Store Images" section of this Privacy Policy,
after which it is automatically deleted according to our retention policy.
THIRD PARTIES
Third-Party Services
- Imagic uses Replicate, Inc. as its third-party AI processing provider.
- When you use AI features, the images, text prompts, and any optional files you choose to submit are securely transmitted to Replicate solely to generate the AI results you request.
- Replicate processes this information only to provide the requested AI service and is not authorized by Imagic to use it for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
- Payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store.
- All third-party providers are expected to protect personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
YOUR RIGHTS
User Rights
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- You may request deletion of eligible stored content.
- You may remove content from the application whenever available.
FACE DATA
Face Data and Biometric Information
- Images uploaded by users may contain human faces and facial features.
- Imagic processes facial features only to provide AI-powered image editing, enhancement, transformation, and generation features requested by the user.
- Imagic does not collect, create, store, or retain biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, face geometry data, or any information used to uniquely identify an individual.
- Face data is not used for identification, authentication, profiling, advertising, marketing, or user tracking.
- Images containing faces may be processed by trusted AI service providers solely for the purpose of providing the requested editing or generation services.
- Images uploaded by users may be stored for up to 7 days as described in the "How Long We Store Images" section and are automatically deleted thereafter.
- Face data is never sold, rented, or shared with data brokers or advertisers.
- Images containing faces may be processed by Replicate solely for the purpose of providing AI-powered image editing, enhancement, transformation, and image generation features requested by the user.
- Replicate processes images only to provide the requested service and is not authorized by Imagic to use such images for identification, authentication, profiling, advertising, or marketing purposes.
UPDATES
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective
when published within the application or on our website. Continued use of
Imagic indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
