2. Use of the Service

• You may use the app only for lawful and personal purposes.
• You must not use the service to create harmful, illegal, misleading, or abusive content.
• You are responsible for all content uploaded through your account or device.

3. AI Generated Content

• The app uses AI technology to generate virtual outfit try-on images.
• Generated results may not always be accurate or realistic.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated results.

4. User Photos & Uploaded Content

• You confirm that you own or have permission to use uploaded photos.
• You must not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• You must not upload explicit, violent, illegal, copyrighted, or offensive content.

5. Temporary Data Storage

• Uploaded and generated images may be temporarily stored to provide the service.
• Images stored on our systems are automatically deleted within 10 days.
• Some third-party AI processing services may delete images within 4 hours after processing.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Impersonation, fraud, misinformation, harassment, or deceptive use of AI content is strictly prohibited.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Using the app for illegal or unethical purposes may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Account Suspension & Ban

• Violation of these Terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
• Severe misuse of AI-generated content may lead to permanent banning without warning.

8. Third-Party Services

• We may use trusted third-party providers to process AI image generation.
• We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Disclaimer

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Outfit Try shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
