Dash Cam App Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dash Cam mobile application (App) operated by Apps15 Visionary Software LLP (we, our, or us).

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You must use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with local traffic laws, privacy laws, and recording regulations.
• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted in writing.

2. Dash Cam Recording Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the video, audio, and data recorded using the App.
• You must ensure that recording is legal in your location and that any required consent is obtained.
• We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from improper or unlawful recording.

3. Cloud Storage and Offline Videos

• Videos that you choose to upload to the cloud will remain stored there until you delete them.
• Offline videos saved locally on your device are not uploaded to our servers automatically.
• You are fully responsible for managing, backing up, and deleting your videos.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, deletion, or third-party cloud service issues.

4. App Permissions

The App may request permissions such as access to the camera, microphone, storage, location, and network strictly for enabling App features. No permissions are used for purposes unrelated to the App functionality.

5. Analytics and Device Data

• We may collect analytics data to improve performance and user experience.
• Device identifiers may be used where required for security, analytics, and service reliability.
• No personal identity is established from analytics data.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, code, logos, and features of the App are owned by Apps15 Visionary Software LLP.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.

7. App Availability and Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its features at any time.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from App downtime or service interruption.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as analytics tools, advertising networks, and cloud storage providers. We are not responsible for the content, security, or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or data accuracy.
• Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for accidents, fines, legal actions, or losses related to your use of the App or recorded data.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App, if applicable.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. All updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
